
MARSTEK Venus E Mini – compact 2 kWh plug-in storage
The MARSTEK Venus E Mini is a particularly compact AC-coupled battery storage system for existing photovoltaic systems and balcony power plants. With 2 kWh storage capacity, up to 1.5 kW charge and discharge power, and intelligent energy control, it increases the self-consumption of self-generated solar power.
Thanks to the AC-coupled plug-in concept, no intervention on the DC side of the existing PV system is required. The Venus E Mini works independently of the brand and communication protocol of the existing inverter and can therefore be flexibly integrated into existing solar systems.

Extremely compact design
With dimensions of only 386 × 450 × 105 mm, the Venus E Mini requires very little space. The slim housing can be unobtrusively installed on the balcony, in the garage or in the house.
2 kWh storage capacity
The 2 kWh capacity is designed for the daily energy needs of smaller households and for storing surplus solar energy from balcony power plants and PV systems.
Up to 1.5 kW charging power
The integrated bidirectional inverter enables an AC charging power of up to 1.5 kW and intelligent, time-controlled energy distribution.
Intelligent zero-feed-in
In conjunction with a compatible smart meter, energy output can be aligned with current consumption and grid feed-in can be avoided.
AI-optimized control
Intelligent energy management analyzes consumption patterns, weather data, and time-dependent electricity tariffs to automatically set appropriate charging and discharging times.
100% PV system compatibility
Due to AC coupling, the Venus E Mini works independently of the existing PV inverter and can be integrated into almost any existing solar system.


Installation via AC coupling
The Venus E Mini is integrated into the existing household grid on the AC side. This means that neither solar modules need to be rewired nor changes made to the DC side of the PV system.
According to the manufacturer, the system can be connected in less than five minutes and can be put into operation like an electrical household appliance.

Emergency power supply and mobile power output

Intelligent energy management
Self-consumption mode

AI mode
The system analyzes consumption patterns and weather data and automatically adjusts energy distribution to the expected demand.
TOU management
With time-of-use electricity tariffs, the storage can be charged during favorable tariff periods and discharged during higher electricity prices.
Control via the MARSTEK App
Energy flows, device status and operating modes can be monitored in real time and adjusted via WLAN or Bluetooth.

The lithium iron phosphate technology used stands for high thermal stability, safety and a long service life.
More than 10,000 charging cycles
According to the manufacturer's technical specifications, the battery achieves more than 10,000 charging cycles at 25 °C and is designed for long-term use.
Integrated Smart-BMS
The battery management system monitors the storage device around the clock and protects against overcharging, deep discharge and overtemperature, among other things.
Wide temperature range
The Venus E Mini is designed for operating temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C.
