The new generation of the BYD Battery-Box Premium HVS is based on the proven properties of its predecessor models and also offers numerous improvements. The newly developed battery module has a higher storage capacity and a lower system weight, which has been reduced by almost 30% thanks to the optimized cell technology. The installation depth has also been reduced by 8 cm, which enables a more space-saving installation and at the same time offers a slimmer appearance. A special highlight: The new storage units have protection class IP55, which ensures safe use outdoors.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY AND EXTENDED SCALABILITY

With the new system generation, up to three battery towers can be connected to form one system, which significantly increases the storage capacity. The charging and discharging power remains at 1C, which means that each battery can deliver its nominal capacity as power. This makes the Battery-Box Premium HVS particularly suitable for on-grid, on-grid backup and off-grid applications.
