Although we are constantly improving our item descriptions, images and model compatibilities, sometimes something doesn't fit, the material feels different than expected, or you don't like the color.

You can return your order to us within 30 days without giving any reason. This is where your right of withdrawal comes into play!

The prerequisite for the full amount to be refunded is that you have only tried out the goods to the extent necessary to check the quality, properties or functioning of the goods and have returned them to us in full.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Packing goods:

Do you want your return to reach us safely and undamaged? The easiest way to achieve this is to choose suitable packaging for your return that will protect your shipment as best as possible. A cardboard box or a shipping bag is ideal for this.

2. Attach information:

Before you seal your package, please enclose information (copy of the invoice or delivery note) with the return so that we can process your return as quickly as possible and without delay. If you no longer have this information to hand, please contact us by email. We will then send you a new invoice immediately.

3. Provide sufficient postage:
