The new system generation of the BYD Battery-Box Premium HVS builds on the proven functions of previous models and brings with it crucial improvements. The Battery-Box Premium HVS is a battery module that offers a higher storage capacity than the previous model. Thanks to the optimized cell technology, the overall weight has been reduced by almost 30%. The installation depth has also been reduced by 8 cm, which means less floor space is required and the devices look slimmer. Another advantage: the new storage units have protection class IP55, which means they can also be used outdoors.

GREATER FLEXIBILITY AND SCALABILITY

The updated generation allows up to three battery towers to be combined into one system, increasing flexibility and scalability. Each battery continues to deliver its rated capacity as power (1C), making the series ideal for on-grid, on-grid plus backup, and off-grid systems.
